purchase 1997 car for 10000 didnt know blue book value 1300 car was repoed sold for 1200 being sued for 6900

i presume you are questioning the validity of the plaintiff's claim. if you owe $6900, then you owe it. doesn't matter what happened to the car or if it was sold at an inflated price.
