Car repossession MI.
My brothers car was repo'd. His name is on title first,his son second.The car is pd off.Reason given son has judgement against him non-pymt cc bill. Is this legal? What are my brothers rights?

The car was not likely repossessed, it was executed on by a court officer to try and satisfy the judgment. It will be sold at auction and the proceeds applied to the judgment.
