Car sale
I sold a 1994 jeep and the new owner waited over 4 months to pick up the top that belonged to it. It has now been 4 months and he is threatening to sue me for the amount to buy another one. Am I liable after 120 days?

You should argue that you are not. When he did not come get the personal property, he can be said to have abandoned it. If he argues that is was not abandoned, then tell him that he owes you a monthly storage fee.
