Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I had a carpet cleaning service clean my flooded basement. He charged me 419.00 dollars more than the quoted price. He won a judgement in court of 554.03. I paid 720.00 about a month after due date. He has taken this money and is charging me an additional 48 dollars. Is it legal to charge me late fees after the court judgement amount.

No. All he can charge you is the statutory interest and court costs that he incurs in things like garnishment efforts and other post judgment legal actions.
