chapter 7 bankruptcy forclosure

my wife and i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy will be 2 yrs ago in january the morgage company didnt report the forclosure till 3 mounths ago to our credit reports

shouldnt they of had to report it sooner now we are screwed for another 2 yrs before the bank will loan us money how is this legal

It is legal. The mortgage company does not have to report to credit reporting agencies. It is required to report truthful information, so as long as the information is truthful, they have done nothing illegal as far as I can tell from the facts you have reported.
