Can a Defendant in a small claims suit use her child support payments to satisfy Court-ordered Judgement from Plaintiff. Defendant quit working, going to school now, stays with Mom (no rent pymts) and grandma cares for

Defendant's child free.

Yes, as long as the child is properly cared for. It sounds like it is working for your benefit and the child's if the mother's family is helping out for free, and the mom is going to school to secure her financial future. You probably are not paying for child care because the grandmother is caring for the child for free. It sounds like a win-win situation for you. What's the problem?
