Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Chrysler legal action against unpaid over mileage

I returned my old 2006 Town and Country and I got an excess of mileage for the amount of $ 2200. I told them I can only paid $ 200 due my really difficult situation I am endure on my company. I already paid $ 200 but today I was warned by Chrysler Financial about taking legal action against my assets due an unpaid mileage.

I contact them and I tell them I will pay $ 200 per month that is the most a I can pay an I already paid that amount. Now they will proceed after this coming Monday if a settled amount is not paid today.

I cannot pay that amount now.

I would like to know if they will really start the class action and find the way to collect the money or I just need to discuss with them more options (like pay 200 per month). Let me know

Chrysler may or may not take legal action. However, they will never refuse money if you're paying it.

they will have to bring suit, and then you can make a deal with their attorney. In the meantime, keep paying what you are able. Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
