consent judgment

A consent judgment has been filed against me requesting me to pay in full the balance of a credit card acct plus legal fees. I am currently unemployed and have activated payment protection for this acct who has been paying the bill. What can I do to rectify this?

A consent judgment cannot be "filed against you", by its nature, a consent judgment has to include your agreement.
