court order garnishment
3 years ago i sign up with a debt management program. they were taking $210. per month froom my bank. one of the creditor as stated garnishing my wages but the court papers expire every 3 months which they are charging me a $900. fee each time . i do owe this money but i thought this company was going to take care of this matter i only owe 4900. but now i owe $5920.due to the court fees.
my husband & i filed our taxes back in feb on they want that money my husband name was not on my acct.
my other acc. i settled with they myself i agreed to pay 70% that is now paid off but now they want the remaining balance. i have the payoff letter.

There is usually a nominal fee, but $900 sounds excessive. Are you sure? If you feel it is excessive, make them explain it to you, and file a motion with the court to make them explain it to the judge.
