i am being taken to court on an outstanding bill

i am being taken to court on an outsyanding bill i have no problem with that cause i do owe the money i open a charge account with the local grail elevator anfd i was doing good about making payments but than things got tough and money got short so i hav enot be able to make a payment since nov of 05

no they have hired a lawyer and i have acourt date the 18 of oct

my question is the lawyer is asking for my list of al personel proberty, titles to vechicles, deeds to land and the taxes fro 2001-2003

can they ask for that and what if the titles to the vechiles are in my husband construction company and only 2 vechicles out of all the titles we have on them run ?

You do not have to provide that information to the attorney unless the court has ordered you to do so.
