In your letter write that you dispute the debt and even if it is determined that you do owe the debt you do not have any present ability to pay it. Therefore, per 15 USC 1692C, you are notifying them to cease communication with you or anyone in connection with you.
By law, they will be unable to contact you again with violating the law and being held responsible for penalties and fees, including attorney fees.
Of course, if this is done, the only recourse the creditor has is to take you to court.

You should google "FDCPA" or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to familarize yourself with the Act. You must send a notice in writing to the collector or creditor telling them not to contact you at work. It helps to send it by certified mail, return receipt request.
