Re: credit cards
If you are sued and a judgment is entered against you, there is a possibility that the judgment creditor can place a lien on your real property or seize personal property such as your vehicle. In addition, a judgment creditor may be able to garnish your wages.

They will call you nonstop, then eventually sue you and get a judgment. Once they get a judgment, they can garnish your wages (if you have a job), and/or can place liens on any assets, such as house, cars, boats, motorcycles, anything that is IN YOUR NAME. You should consider credit counseling through Greenpath (a legitimate place) or bankruptcy to avoid these problems, depending on your situation.
