Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Denial of 'Zero Interest Credit' due to perfect Credit history

A large business denied my application for their highly advertised 'Zero Interest Loan'. Upon my inquiry I learned that their financial institute based the decision on my 'no debts' absolute perfect credit report.

Can I sue this business?

No. A "solicitation" is not an "offer". The "offer" was your application, which they refused to "accept". Hence, no contract.

They cover themselves anyway in the fine print - you know - that real small stuff on the bottom of the TV screen that is there for about one-one hundredth of a second.

Nope. No cause of action. Sorry.
