Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have been divorced from my ex husband for 10 years. i have since remarried and moved to a different address. recently i have been getting phone calls from a collection agency for my ex husband's business. apparently he put my number down as a contact phone. he and i do not speak and have not spoken in 10 years. he has taken out loans in my childrens name before forging their signatures. how do i make sure he has not done the same to me now? and is there some legal recourse for him using my phone and address?
