Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

enforcement of judgement

I have a judgement against someone. How can I get my money? They say they have no money. They owe me about ten thousand dollars. Can we place a lien on anything they own?

Re: enforcement of judgement

If an individual has a valid and enforceable judgment, there are a number of assets that can be attached and/or seized, such as bank accounts, a portion of the debtors regular wages, income tax returns, vehicles, real property, just to name a few.

I may be able to help you enforce your judgment. I provide free initial consultations. Call me at 586-979-7302 and we can discuss your options in more detail. Good luck
