Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan
I entered into a payday loan online. I am paying the agrred payments. Because I did this online other payday companies have access to my information. No I have 2 people calling from "law offices" claiming I did not authorize repayment of my loan even though the company I am working stated to me that my account is in good standing. These people will not name their "client" or give information on date of this transactions. The are thrateming me with losing my job and bringing forth charges of bank fraud and possibl court costs up to $10,000. Can thy dothis en though I have proof otherwise or is this a scam. They want my to settle for hundreds via money gram.
