Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Me and my ex-fiance were together for over 4 years which we lived together for most of that time. Together we accumulated a good amount of credit card debt. A lot of this money was spent on car repairs her kids and other things we needed to take care of. We split up up because she cheated on me and now isnt opaying her half that she agreed upon. I have written down each time she gave me a small amount of money to help. Is she obligated to pay since she made a verbal contract to pay half of this debt?

Yes she is, assuming you can prove your oral contract and other evidence supports you. If it is under $3000, you can handle by yourself in Small Claims Court. If it is greater, visit me at www.kliszlaw.com and I can help. Tim Klisz
