Foreclosed Property / Home Improvement Loans

Foreclosed on Michigan property June 2009 due to employer, got a new job in Florida, cannot pay Home Improvement loans, cannot afford wage garnishment and pay rent / current bills, what can/should I do?

You might want to look into bankruptcy. If you recently moved to Florida, this could cause issues as to where you should move, but I'd recommend consulting with a bankruptcy attorney to try and figure out if that or something else is the best solution.
