Can a Creditor freeze incoming Pension Check deposited in Checking Acct. at Bank? This relates to unsecured credit acct. Amount owed is over $9,000.00.

The attachment relates to the account, and doesn't ask from where the money came.

You CAN challenge the attachment in court, in fact, at this point, you'll have to.
