I am a payee on my wifes social security disability account and I have an outstanding jugement. Can they garinish this payee account in Mchigan?

No, not legally. The money is not yours from which your creditors could collect on the judgment. If you receive a notice of garnishment on this account, act quickly by objecting pursuant to the language of the notice.
