Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

my husband died leaving behind debt on a car, my name was not on the loan , my home is about to be paid off can they take my home for his debt.. my name was not on any loans..except the home i have in which it will paid off in 1 month.. the home is in mine and my husbands name.
