judgement against a corp.

a default judgement against a corp. that was disolved before the suite was filed.i was dismissed personly from suite.the department of commerical services,is stating that i failed to satisfy ,can they order me to pay this judgement. i was the qualifing officer of the corp.if they do order me to pay, can it be collected on.

Please try resubmitting your question more clearly and with more details. You are either an officer of a corporation or not an officer. I have never heard of a "qualifying" officer. Did you personally guarantee a debt?
