Judgement and drivers license suspension

I recently had a judgement filed against me. It claims that I was the driver of this vehicle(which I was not). Supposedly someone was driving a van that had no insurance and hit three other vehicles and a post on a builing. I was able to clear the other people vehicles insurances but the building is still coming after me. The person that owned the vehicle paid off her portion but now they want me to pay 1200 dollars. I spoke the the collection attorney and he said that there was no proof that I wasn't the driver-I tried to show I wasn't but how can you prove where you were 4 years ago. So now the problem lies in that they have filed this judgement and are threatening to suspend my drivers license. I am on disability. Have absolutely no assets. And am receiving only social security as an income(under 800 dollars a month). Can they take my drivers license?

I do not understand why a money judgment would affect your driver's license in any way. If a collection attorney is threatening you in this way, you may have recourse against the creditor.
