Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan
Lack defense, motion for summary of disposition.
As the Defendant being sued after foreclosure by 2nd mort co. My only defense is they wouldnt accept any less than full payments which I cannot afford. I answered the complaint, they filed a motion for summary disposition. What do I do next?

Inability to pay is not typically a valid defense. If you are going to be beyond your capabilities in debt, it might be time to consider a bankruptcy.
