Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I have a large dental bill that I pay $100.00 per month, submitted directly from my credit union account. I am also making a larger lump sum when I receive my income tax return. I never signed anything regarding payment arrangements, but now the office manager is sending nasty notes. I can't afford to pay more. Can I legally continue to make payments until the bill in paid in full?

You can make payments and they'll likely cash the checks. The office manager can send whatever she wants but unless she files a suit against you, she really has no power whatsoever other than not to have you seen as a patient.
