lease pay off

I turned in a lease at a dealership

and bought a used vehicle

i had 6months to pay the lease off

with the new purchase the dealer was suppose to pay my remaining

payments well its bin 3weeks and the bank is claiming that the lease was not payed off and i am still responsable for the remaining payments i had talked to the dealer about this and am getting the runaround i do have a document

that is sighned by the dealer saying that the remaining payments will be payed off but the pay off has not bin made what can i doo?
