I have I think a simplequestion.I had a house that was sold at sherifs action 8-15-07.On 9-15 the city sent a bill now they say its a blight ticket.Can they bill or fine you after the home is sold?To me I lost akll rights and responsiblitys when they sold it.Thanks for any help you can give me in finding out what the law on this is.Larry

You still have possession of the home because you have 6 months to redeem the property once the sale happens. If you wish to forego that right and move out, you should contact your lender about turning the home over.
