My girlfriend co signed for a car with her ex husband, When they went thru the divorce. The judge made her ex husband responsible to pay for the car. He disappeared. And now they are coming after my girlfriend. Can they do this? She has court papers stating she is not responsible for this thru the divorce. She is getting harrasment calls..

Yes, they can do this. As long as her name is on the debt, they don't care what a divorce judgment says. What she needs to dois find her ex and enforce the judgment against him.
