Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Money owed...approx. $316.00

Family vacation...Airfare for son's now ex-girlfriend (Indiana resident) paid by me (Michigan resident) over the Internet from my place of employment in Indiana. Ex-girlfriend has promised verbally and in numerous emails to repay me for this airfare since mid-November but has not yet done so. A) Can this be filed in Small Claims? B) Should this be filed in Michigan or Indiana? and C) What is the likelihood of my being able to collect, especially over the state line? Thank you!!

This should be filed in Indiana and collections depends on her collectability.
