Re: Notice to Appear

A pretrial is a time and date to see what issues there are in court and when trial will be set up if the case cannot be resolved. If you're in court and there is an attorney on the other side, you're at a distinct disadvantage. It would be to your advantage to hire an attorney to advise you of your rights.

Re: Notice to Appear

The pretrial conference is your opportunity to discuss the case with the attorney representing the cc company and the judge to determine whether the case can be settled.
