Phobia of lawyers
I have a literal phobia of lawyers and the legal system. This is causing me a serious problem in dealing with a credit card company that intentionally misdirected me on my unemployment insurance I had on the card. The insurance company also misdirected me by multiple transfers, inaccurate information and misleading directions. I have received a garnishment on a bank account I have not had for 5 years and my trichotillomania has come back. I am getting truly desperate but being terrified of lawyers I don't know what to do.

Get a lawyer and fast! Someone got a judgment against you and you need help getting it set aside and reopening the case.

Despite your fear of lawyers, you're not going to have a very easy time battling this if you don't have one. Find a local consumer law attorney to help you as soon as you can. Don't be scared, not all lawyers are scary.
