pre repossession

I am 1 1/2 months late on my car payment and received a call from the repo man who wants to repo my auto. If I wire the 1 1/2 payment to where i have my loan through before the car gets repoed can they still repossess it?

Yes, but you have to do two things first:

1) make sure the car loan company notifies the repo company immediately and2) make sure you get it in writing.

Can you expect them to repo it anyway if you don't have it in writing that the repo company knows not to repo the car? Yes.
