Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan
I have a pre-trial conference today. It says for a Summery Disposition. What does that mean?

It means the plaintiff is trying to end the case early by asking for a judgment to be entered. If you have not responded in writing to that motion, you are likely to lose. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
