Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan
I have a question, recently I purchased a car from drivenow123.com at their dealership, it was all completely in store financing. When we done the financing we both agreed that the payment would be in on the 20th of the month every month. Well as soon as it hits the 10th of the month one of the dealerships employees named Bob (which is his real name) calls everyday demanding payment or they're going to repossess the vehicle. Well this vehicle is in current use taking my mother to dialysis every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Well everyday he calls the house phone and my dads cell phone harassing us about the payment. What is there to do legally if you can help my dad, thank you.
