Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I received a judgement for a small claims case. I served the garnishment on the other party's employer by certified mail and it was signed for by the manager, however I never received a response in the mandatory 14 day period. What are my legal options at this point? Is the employer responsible for the debt now?
