Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan
I just recieved a letter in the mail from rent a center that says if i do not return their property it is considered a felony and i will serve up to 5 years in prison or pay up to $10,000... Is this true?

No. It is a civil matter and they are trying to scare you
