name removed from joint credit card
I have business partner and i want out of the business but i want my name removed from the credit card the business uses as the llc is dissloved. There is also a mortage involved.

That would be up to the credit card company, and I would bet they will not be very willing to let a responsible person off the hook. Same goes for the mortgage.
