Return payment from eharmony

Hello. This mite be a bit petty but I need to know. I signed onto eharmony a few weeks back and afer a few days I though this site was more or less a joke. I contacted eharmony and canceled my subscription, which was three payments for three months. They informed me that they would not issue me a refund. They keep on sending me all these matches and I do not want anything to do with this site and would like to get the two months returned to me. Can they get away with this???

The return would depend on the agreement. Certainly you should be entitled to a return depending on the agreement.
