Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan
I have been served with a summons for a credit card bill. I own 2300.00 what will happen in court? I want to pay but I can't affort very much at this time.

You can attempt to work out a payment schedule / settlement with the company. You should dispute the late fees and discuss any high interest rates applied to the card.
