transfer or change of venue ( post judgment )

do to michigan small claims court is not a court of record can you transfer or change venue to a higher court that is a court of record so you can fill a acknowledgement of assignment of judment for the purpose of having the small claim judgment assigned over to a third party (judgment recovery business) to have ownership of that legal judgment and have the legal right to enforce that judgments through the court on my own behalf ( judgment recovery business) I know other states allow this

You can sell/assign a judgment to anyone that you want.
