unauthorized change of contract

i have a lease on a used vehicle, due in june.ran over on mileage so i contacted the bank, about closing lease. they said i went over on mileage & owed 3500.$. i asked why, they said my contract was for 48,000 mi. for 4 yrs.! i looked at my contract, which said 60,000 mi. for 4 yrs. i asked for a copy of their lease, and seen it was changed ( with pen, not re-typed!).i got a copy from the dealer, theirs matched mine! i never agreed to that change, and did not initial it, it clearly shows my ititials but not my writing!

Re: unauthorized change of contract

First, contact the attorney general, second, the Federal Trade Commission, and third, the better business bureau. Finally, it might be proper to just not pay it, and let them bring a claim against you, only to file an answer asking for severe sanctions for their fraud.
