wage garnishment

I have an outstanding hospital bill,they have garnished my entire paycheck which isn't much cuz I only work the weekends for grocery money

25% of your net wages is the maximum amount that can be garnished unless you make only minimum wage. If you only make minimum wage, your wages are not garnishable.
