Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Can Wife's creditor do a lien on house, if only Husband on Title

Same as Subject. Wife has credit card companies getting Judgements against her. She cannot pay. The Husband is on the House Deed along with another man. Wife is not on the house Deed. Can Creditors slap a lien on the House or do anything with the house because of Wife?

Your wife has a dower interest in your real property. That may be attachable.

Creditor's cannot attach assets of a debtor unless the debtor has obligated himself under contract and the creditor has obtained a judgment and gone through court to get an order attaching whatever property.
