Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I won a judgment in small claims and it went unpaid. I filed to have his wages garnished and was notified today that he was terminated from his employer. He owns his own company (which is where the lawsuit originated). How do I, and can I, sue his company?

Not unless you were in contract with the company. You are better off doing a request and order to seize property. Very efficient and productive way to collect. Kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
