Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 17 he will be 18 in three months could I get in trouble if we have sex?

By trouble I'm guessing you mean charged with a crime such as criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Not if the act is consenual because the age of consent in Michigan is 16. The only exceptions to that would be if he is a close blood relative (parent, sibling, first cousin), you are in a position of authority over him such as a teacher, or he lacks the mental capacity to give consent.
