Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
what 2 do
my brother started probation in 2004 his original probation was for 18 months but they exstined it due to the fact he didnt pay off all his fines so they exstened it a extra year by the time the year was up he still hadnt payed off the balance so they said he had to go to court for probation violation he showed up for the first hearing and they let him go on bond which was the amount he hadnt payed when it was time to go back to court he didnt go. ok now its 2 yaers later and he has turned himself in what will they likely do
