Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

7411 and buying a gun

I live in Michigan and was charged for Felony Possession of a type 2 narcotic (adderall) I had a plea bargain of 7411 and I was basically told that 7411 meant the charges would be sealed and should not affect me after I completed probation. I tried to buy a gun for hunting a few days ago and when the store I was buying it at called for the back ground check ect. they put it on hold. The store told me about 10% of poeple get placed on hold usually because of criminal back ground or a common last name or for some other reason. I was just wondering if the reason I was put on hold could be because of the criminal history. I have never been convicted or charged with anything else and I completed my probation with no violations.
