Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Does 7411 completion count as 'found guilty'?
I will shortly complete probation (under the 7411 rule) for use of marijuana. I'm also applying for jobs. If I successfully complete the probation and the charge is dropped from my record, do I legally have to answer the application question 'Have you ever been found guilty of a crime?' in the affirmative? Is there any way for anyone, employer or otherwise, to find out about this even if it's off my record?

It is not a conviction, but there is a non-public record.
