Once a conviction has been entered, it cannot be changed unless it was part of a delayed sentencing. However, if you have nothing else on your record you should be eligible to apply for an expungement. Contact us for more information.
Before you do anything, return to the court that convicted you and ask to see your file. First time marijuana offenders were usually convicted under section 7411 and their conviction was never entered into the record if they successfully completed their sentence.
If that's not the case you can still get the conviction expunged provided that you have no other crimes (like drunk driving) on your record.
