A 15 year old girl got into a car with a 21 year old man. They were both drunk and ended up getting into an accident. The man is facing contributing, open intox, child endangerment, dwi and one other charge to do with harming a child. What is the best way to go with this case?

Well, the 21 year old starts by pleading "not guilty" at his arraignment, and then hiring a lawyer.
Assuming you're his parent, be aware that you're not going to be allowed to help him defend in court.
He needs a lawyer. If you can't afford a lawyer, the court will appoint one.
